Ms. Wade has 19 years of experience working with youth and families in Mental Health, Probation, Parole, Substance Abuse, and Sexually Exploited Youth programs. She has a degree from the University of New Mexico with emphasis in Criminology & Family Studies.
Ms. Collins is a creative and innovative teacher for the Sherman Independent School District. She has a masters in Social Work, is a certified Special Education teacher, and has been working with at-risk youth since 2006.
Mr. Moe attended Sierra Nevada College where he majored in Psychology with an emphasis on High Risk Youth Studies and completed post graduate certificates at University of Nevada, Reno in Human Resources and Non-Profit Management. He has been recognized with a “Best Practice Award” for developing intense Transition and Aftercare Programming.
Mr. Cantrell has developed key residential programming and therapeutic/clinical programs over the past 31 years. He served as Reg. Dir. for the FL Dept. of Juvenile Justice, and Exec. Admin. for the AZ Dept. of Youth Corrections before joining the ROP team in 2013.
